Service

If you have purchased a solar PV system or battery through Central coast energy, we are your first point of call if there are any problems or questions after installation. We offer maintenance and warranty service for any products bought through us for the life of the products warranty period. We promise very quick response times for any issues that may arise.

If your solar system or battery was not bought and installed through Central coast energy then unfortunately we cannot offer service of your system. This may include inverter replacements, fault finding, replacing panels and removing and reinstallation of systems for new roof installations. We recommend contacting your original installers, or if they are no longer in business the product manufacture.
